First, I would like to say "God Bless You!" Never before have I felt so comfortable & at ease in a dentists office. From the first phone call & through every visit, you have all been so gracious, wonderful & caring. By letting me know that my fears were foremost, I was able to relax & put myself in your skillful hands.

The very first time I walked into a dental office, I suffered major attacks of anxiety before I ever sat down in the waiting room. My heart would race, I would get pale, sweaty, short of breath. When it came time for numbing & drilling, my heart would begin to pound faster, if possible. Most times work would be done without my being completely numb, which as you know, only added to the problem. In addition to the pain, I had an extreme claustrophobia problem.

From the moment I entered your office, the entire staff helped me relax & went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable & though they knew I was embarrassed, never once made me feel they were judging me or cringing because of the state of my mouth. For my husband, finding out that you had the experience to work with a patient with my particular problem was all he needed to hear.

I want to thank you for helping me get my life back, helping me to feel happiness, to be able to smile & laugh again with out covering my mouth, for helping me restore my self-esteem, and the kindness compassion, and expertise from you & your staff.
